OBJECTIVE | Design an animated email invitation, printed invitation and envelope for the cosmetic brand, Tarte Cosmetics. The invitation is for Tarte's annual influencer MUA all-inclusive getaway trip.
ROLE | As the designer and illustrator, I was responsible for designing an animated illustration and print card + envelope. A mini-brand identity will be created for the trip including type design, color palette, illustrations and type design.
APPROACH | After studying Tarte's brand guidelines and aesthetic, I decided to stay true to their trendy, colorful and tropical feel. Keeping destination in mind, I chose imagery, color palette and hand lettering that complemented.
CONCLUSION | In conclusion, the digital and print invitations did their job in representing a fun and tropical getaway. The final designs were visually attractive, cohesive, playful and modern.
